Area Manager
Full Time, Detroit; Indianapolis
Job Description:
We are seeking a bilingual experienced janitorial area manager in the Detroit area or Indianapolis area. As the Area manager, candidate will be responsible for overseeing all activities within the floor care program, and will adhere to, implement and demonstrate safe work practices and procedures. The successful candidate will be highly organized with experience managing multi-site, multi-location janitorial crews and supervisors. This is a full-time position.

Required Qualifications
- Coordinate and monitor work activities and schedules of team employees
- Hiring and on-board training of new employees
- Compile written reports (pass down, weekly, bi-weekly and monthly)
- Must be bilingual (Spanish/ English)
- Must have personal and reliable transportation
- Must have management experience
- Must be able to pass background check
- Must have valid driver’s license and insurance
- Able to pass drug test
